I am plugging away at a remodel in Santa Rosa where the goal is to just get the house livable now to rent it out. It needs drywall repairs, some stucco cut out for new dual pane windows in the bedrooms, new doors inside, floor repairs, one full new bathroom and one half bath remodel as well as putting the kitchen back together with hopefully restore or craigslist finds. I need some creative who wants side work maybe retired builder. I am in my 30's fun to work with and would want this more to be something where we build a friendship and work together on it to get it done. I have a lot of the tools, but if you have some they are probably better quality than mine (chop saw and table saw here are pretty old). Happy to discuss more but someone that is generally good at all levels of construction and even doing some plumbing or light electrical would be great.
