Auto Body Shop in Sunnyvale is looking for a reliable parts manager. Responsibilities: Receiving parts: matching parts to damaged parts. Ensuring all parts are correct and match invoice. Entering Invoices to the system Following up on pending parts: Calling dealerships and asking for updated ETA’s on missing or back ordered parts. Keeping track of returns Good communication skills and documentation Maintaining parts department clean and organized Capable of multitasking Detail Oriented Positive attitude Computer savvy Helping other departments when needed The compensation will be $22-$25 per hour depending on your experience.
