Rural property with multiple homes is seeking a hard-working, self-motivated person to work full time maintaining and managing the ranch. Medical Benefits, paid holidays, and sick pay provided after 90 day probationary period. Experience and a general knowledge of landscaping, arboriculture and home maintenance preferred. Regular hours are Monday through Friday, with an occasional weekend. This is a general labor job. Responsibilities include trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, car detailing, raking, sweeping, polishing windows, caretaking of homes and running errands, mowing, weed eating etc. Applicants should be capable of heavy lifting, working on steep terrain and outside in weather extremes including heat and rain. Good communication skills required. CA drivers license and reliable transportation to work are a must. Yearly Salary depending on experience. Property is located in Healdsburg. Responsibilities Maintain the property's exterior landscape and overall appearance in healthy and aesthetically pleasing condition which corresponds to the desires of the owners. Fire mitigation work. Managing property repairs; and all house systems and appliances with appropriate vendors. - Engage in basic carpentry repair of homes and other projects. Performs irrigation repairs and improvements. Maintain vegetable garden, herbs and perennials. Plant, prune, groom and maintain all ornamental trees, shrubs, flowers, lawns, vegetable gardens, etc. Responsible for safe use and maintenance of a range of powered landscape maintenance equipment. Maintain property vehicles. Requirements Experience with all aspects of gardening, landscaping Capable of heavy lifting VERY well organized. Good with pets and children Valid passport a must. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. US work authorization. Job Type: Full-time
