Press release from the City of Irving: December 27, 2021 There will be no residential trash, curbside recycling or brush collection Dec. 31 for the New Year's holiday. In addition the following facilities will be closed Dec. 31-Jan. 1: City Hall Heritage Aquatic Center      Irving Archives and Museum Irving Arts Center Irving public libraries North Lake Natatorium Recreation centers Unless otherwise noted, all offices and services will resume normal business hours Jan. 3. The Irving Animal Care Campus will be open Dec. 31 and closed Jan. 1. The facility will reopen Jan. 4. Irving public libraries will be open Sunday, Jan. 2 for regular business hours. The Hunter Ferrell Landfill will be open Dec. 31 and closed Jan. 1. The facility will reopen Jan. 3.
