OSWEGO, IL — Here are the arrests reported by Oswego police from Dec. 3 through Dec. 24. December 3 A 14-year-old from Oswego was arrested near the intersection of Lakeshore Drive and Creek Drive. She was charged with one count of aggravated domestic battery and two counts of domestic battery. December 15 Elva A. Trevino, 39, of Pecos Circle in Montgomery, was arrested near the intersection of Minkler Road and Hunt Club Drive. She was charged with domestic battery, bodily harm; and domestic battery, insulting and provoking. December 16 Christopher Poulos, 35, of the 00 block of Sedgwick Road in Oswego, was arrested at his home address and charged with criminal damage to property. December 19 Roxanna L. Estrada, 31, of Aldrich Drive in Plainfield, was arrested near the intersection of Plainfield Road and Linden Drive. She was charged with domestic battery, bodily harm; and domestic battery, insulting and provoking. Victor M. Rosado, 22, of the 700 block of Hamilton Avenue in Aurora, was arrested near the intersection of Route 34 and Route 30. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of more than 0.08, no valid driver's license, driving with an open container, improper lane usage, following too closely and disobeying a red light. December 24 Ivan Orrala, 42, of the 00 block of Hunter Drive in Montgomery, was arrested in the 600 block of Pearces Ford. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and operating an uninsured vehicle. Police report information is provided by local police departments. Charges are not evidence of guilt.
