Property Maintenance Technician / Helpers Wanted

The ideal person is detail oriented, proactive and skilled in general maintenance tasks. This individual is responsible for completing interior and exterior repairs to standards. Duties may include but not limited to: painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, basic construction (framing, sheetrock, texture, etc.) concrete, concrete grinding and installation of appliances. * Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers. * Perform other duties as assigned or as necessary. Must pass background check, have a valid driver license and reliable transportation. Must speak and write English. Bilingual a plus. 30-40 hours a week M-F with occasional weekends.
