Overview: Our Night Cleaner Supervisor is the champion of cleanliness and takes pride in leading our Night Cleaner Team in maintaining an impeccable appearance for our customers restaurants. This is a great opportunity to provide amazing service while working at one location each night We are off Billy Graham Parkway. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities: Picture yourself being the Night Cleaner Supervisor and having the opportunity to: Lead and assist a professional team of Night Cleaners while promoting a fun work environment. Be responsible for the overall cleanliness of each store common spaces dining area. Provide floor care, high dusting, cleaning the bar area each night, wiping down equipment and all surfaces. Provide training and overall direction to the Night Cleaner Team, geared towards efficient and effective service. Motivate, coach and retrain employees as necessary with an emphasis on quality work. Perform inspections and walkthroughs regularly. Follow and enforce safety procedures and COVID 19 cleaning policies and guidelines. Communicate issues with management team. Facilitate daily duties and disciplines using excellent communication skills. Demonstrate your cleanliness standards by upholding team members to maintaining impeccable order and organization. Participate in outlet management meetings and training opportunities. Accept and provide feedback and coaching regularly to support our team members and General Manager. Qualifications Possess a passion for the hospitality industry. Have extremely high standards and an acute attention to detail. Display a strong sense of urgency and responsibility while assuring consistent achievement of quality standards. Show a high level of personal initiative and action and results driven. Possess strong interpersonal and motivational skills, and the ability to effectively supervise and inspire staff. Excel in an environment with repetitive tasks while staying cool under pressure. Openness to work within established standards and procedures. Be available to work evening shifts from 10pm to 5am Sunday thru Thursday. Off on Friday & Saturday.
