Focusing intently on customer service that is matched only by the quality of our automotive offerings, including everything from a routine oil change to full engine repair, we believe in providing true customer service and integrity in the auto repair industry. *We are currently hiring all skill levels* A Level Technician Total Pay Range: $40+ per hour Guarantee is also offered for at least 30 days to get acclimated to Bending Wrenches programs and process. Sr. Level Master Technicians typically never have to lean on a guarantee. We have traffic and high performing Service Advisors. $1,500 Sign On Bonus Available B Level Technician Total Pay Range: $30/hr - $37/hr Guarantee is also offered for at least 30 days to get acclimated to Bending Wrenches programs and process. B - level technicians rarely flag below 48 hours in a weekly pay period. $1,000 Sign On Bonus Available C Level Technician Total Pay Range: $25/hr - $30/hr C - level technicians are as important to us as Master Technicians. We know that the shop is driven by work that is performed or inspected by our C Techs. $500 Sign On Bonus Available Shop hours are M - F / 8am - 5pm (No weekends!) Standard crew size is 4 Technicians + 2 General Service Technicians We offer access to training classes and seminars. We reimburse for each passed ASE certification and pay for re-certifications. All training and classes are paid for by company. Pay: $41,700.00 - $100,000 per year
