A-1 Hood Cleaning LLC Moustafa Karim (Manager) I run a cleaning company that specializes in cleaning restaurant exhaust fan systems. I am looking to hire a couple of employees. This is a night job, we usually start from 8 pm and finish around 12 am. The pay is by the unit, which means that i pay for each restaurant cleaned not hourly; an avg restaurant takes about 3 hours to clean. However, if the restaurant is big the pay would increase as well. I am looking hire two people that are able drive and are willing to learn and work hard to earn an honest living. Again this is a night job, however i do have clients that want us to complete the job in the morning around 7 am to 11 am. Hours differ from day to day. Sometimes we start at 9, and others we start at like 10 pm or even 12 am in some rare cases.
