Press release from the City of Dublin: December 22, 2021 At its meeting held on Tuesday, December 21, the Dublin City Council took a number of actions. Below is a summary of actions taken: Introduced new City of Dublin Staff member, Ari Manrique, Office Assistant II, in the Community Development Department. Approved the minutes of the December 7, 2021, Regular City Council Meeting. Approved proclamations for the month of January in the City of Dublin: Mentoring Month, Stalking Awareness Month, and Slavery and Human Trafficking Prevention Month. Approved the establishment of parking restrictions on Brighton Drive, north of Tamarack Drive near Frederiksen Elementary School, and at the northeast corner of the intersection of Penn Drive and King Way near Wells Middle School. These actions will improve traffic safety, sight distance, and visibility at the crosswalks near these two schools. Approved an amended Zoning Map and a Planned Development Zoning District, along with related plans, for the East Ranch Project. Approved the appointment of Councilmember Shawn Kumagai as the City of Dublin representative to the Alameda County Mosquito Abatement District. Amended the Salary Plan for part-time City of Dublin personnel. Revised the Eastern Dublin Traffic Impact Fee for Future Development within the Eastern Dublin Area, renaming the program as the Eastern Dublin Transportation Impact Fee, and updated the Consolidated Impact Fee Administrative Guidelines.
