Press release from the City of Fargo: 12/27/2021 Due to high winds and rapidly changing conditions, Fargo Solid Waste crews will stop collecting residential trash and recycling at 12 noon on Monday, December 27. The Fargo Landfill will also close at noon on December 27 and re-open on Tuesday, December 28. Due to the observance of the New Year holiday and Monday's storm, Solid Waste crews will adhere to the following residential garbage and recycling collection schedule for the week of December 27: • Monday routes will be collected Tuesday, December 28 • Tuesday routes will be collected Tuesday, December 28 • Wednesday routes will be collected Tuesday, December 28 • Thursday routes will be collected Wednesday, December 29 • Friday routes will be collected Thursday, December 30 Residents should be aware there may be some delay in collection due to these schedule impacts.
