Press release from the Town of Davidson: December 26, 2021 The Davidson Police Department is investigating an auto/pedestrian collision on Main Street and South Street. A pedestrian was struck and transported with non-life threatening injuries to a local hospital earlier this afternoon. A witness with the pedestrian advised responding officers the pedestrian was crossing against the signal (do not cross). The investigation is ongoing.  All community members are reminded to exercise caution while driving, biking, and walking in town.
