We are growing and looking for 2-3 more workers. What we do : Residential and commercial demo/ Cleanup projects. Windows, doors, fences, downspout drains, gutter cleaning. What we need: Labor help, with an opportunity to grow into a leadership role. What we expect: You need to have some experience with hand tools on a construction site. You need consistent transportation to and from work, preferably your own vehicle. You need boots, gloves, and clothing to work outside. you need to be comfortable working outside in Ohio all year (not all of our work is outside but we do what we gotta do.) You need to be available to work all day Mon-Friday. We do not work Saturdays and rarely work more than 8 hours, but again, when the job calls for a 9 or 10 hour days we make it happen. What we offer: an opportunity. At 1st, a days work for a days pay is fair to both of us. But if you work hard and are available, I am looking to add 2-3 long term employees ( taxes, w2, all that) to the team as laborers with an opportunity to advance.
