Now Hiring Leadership Role - Cleaning Route Supervisor We are a well established local service business looking for somebody to help oversee and support our janitorial teams. Our company has been around since 1995, and has experienced explosive growth over the last 10 years in the Springfield area. We have a fantastic reputation and many opportunities for further growth. What we need is a dedicated leader to provide support, oversight and quality control to ensure cleaning tasks are consistently executed to the company and client expectations throughout assigned facilities. We are looking for somebody with a servant leadership mindset to help, support, develop and lead their teams. • Evening Schedule- availability between 5:00pm -- 2:00am. • Team Oriented- Eager to jump in and cover work, train staff, and help wherever needed on any given night! • Accountability -- Being organized and persistent with your teams to help coach them towards objectives and expectations. Working with management to address all staffing, supply and facility needs. • Detail, detail, detail! - Being able to inspect work performed to ensure standards are met. • Communicate effectively to lead, motivate and encourage your janitorial teams and keep management updated. • Hard work- Must be capable of working on your feet for long hours, being able to bend, pull, push and lift 50lbs without limitations. • Reliable Transportation – Must have a valid driver license and be able to drive to multiple facilities in Springfield each night.
