COOK/KITCHEN SERVICES - Primary Job Duties: This position is responsible for producing quality meals in accordance with established menu cycles, recipes and food standards and maintaining resident satisfaction. The Cook must exemplify and promote Sungarden Terrace standards of safety, friendliness, a homelike setting and efficiency at all times and ensures these standards are upheld by all team members in the community. Must have weekend availability. In order to be considered for a position we seek a candidate that possesses the following: Requirements:  At least one (1) year relevant experience with seniors.  Must pass pre-employment background check.  Current Food Handlers Permit.  Experience in proper food handling, preparation and storage.  Willing and able to adapt to changes in kitchen routine at any given time.  Current TB test.  Fingerprint clearance as required through the DOJ & FBI.  Must be able to speak & write English  High School Diploma  Must be at least 18 years old  Must be eligible to work in the United States Sungarden Terrace is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
