Description
Hello, this boy’s name is Ollie. He is approximately 9 weeks old and is a total fluff ball. He looks a lot bigger than he actually is because he has so much hair. He will be a big boy. Ollie is a rescue and has been in foster care for the past week. He is an American long hair kitten with no observable health issues. He is not fixed and needs to be seen for a check up. He is litter box trained and we are still working on socializing him. He is still a bit shy and hides under the furniture but once he gets comfortable he starts playing and likes to be held. He starts purring up a storm once he starts trusting you. He’s still learning how to trust humans so he will need someone who can be patient with him. He does well with other cats and wants to socialize with them, but he gets really scared around our dog and gets really defensive around her. He will do well in a house with cats but no dogs or small children.
I am asking for a $50 rehoming fee to help ensure his new human is serious about his adoption. I am hoping his new human will keep him for a long time. Sometimes we don’t realize that adopting a cat is a 10 -15 year commitment. This little one is not fixed yet so he will need to be taken to the veterinarian for a check up and get neutered. Please only contact me if you are willing to care for him for a long time. I’ve had families adopt from me before and bring them back once the kittens grew up and “weren’t cute anymore.” Ive had people open up their car and dump them in my front yard so my intention is not to be rude with you, I’m trying to rule out people that are not fully ready to be responsible about owning a pet.
