Title says it! Pro gear, years of experience, really just looking to create, collaborate, and/or learn some new music with new folks. Oiling the rust off from this COVID hiatus, but trying to jump into something fun by the time we can start playing out again. My listening gravitates to piercing/punchy clean vocals, articulate riffs, and good mixes. I could list a handful of influences but I don't want to pigeon hole myself or potential readers, and I'm a pretty open musician. Not so big on "shock factor" or hipster gimmicks. I'll go for anything from fingerstyle cleans, chunky metal riffs, neo-classical shred to tastefully experimental/prog stuff. Can work with sheet music, tabs, learning by ear, whatever. Prefer to have things written or recorded for practice sake. I've got a solid drummer buddy if starting something from scratch, but I'm open to hopping into a new project as well.
