Let me develop and personally supervise your workouts to assist you in accomplishing your fitness and health goals. -Lose 10 to 15lbs of fat every month -Put on about (depending on genetics) 1-2lbs of muscle a month naturally -Develop a healthy, delicious, nutrient dense meal plan you can follow -We can supervise your workouts in a park or your gym -You do not need a gym to get in great shape, we can perform a military style workout at a park. You can develop an athletic physique with bodyweight exercises and walking -You can develop an athletic body similar to SPRINTER OR VOLLYBALL PLAYER (depending on your genetics and being consistent with your workouts) Have over 20yrs of experience in fitness and nutrition. Have read/studied most of the top exercise and bodybuilding books published in the last 20yrs as well as belonged to various fitness boards online. Military veteran, ready to serve my clients.
