Seeking COVID Disinfection Service Vendor in LA Metro Area Atlas Facilities Maintenance (AFM) provides quality janitorial services to over 100 business or government locations in the Pacific Northwest region. We are looking to partner with a quality services vendor in the Los Angeles metro area to service one of our client accounts there. Location: Los Angeles metro, CA 90057 Hours: 2.5 - 3 hours, once a week during weekends Pay: Competitive rate, to be negotiated Service scope The service site is on Wilshire Blvd. Total square footage is around 5,000. The vendor will provide COVID sanitization cleaning by performing below tasks: • Disinfect by electrostatic spray of the entire space and floor, including public hallway and bathroom • Wipe down all high touch points and surfaces with disinfectant • Disinfect all communal musical instruments by ultraviolet (UV) light sanitization device General teams • Janitorial cleaning is not needed for the service, only surface and floor disinfection work • Disinfecting tools and chemicals will be covered by AFM, PPE by vendor • On-site parking will be provided to the service personnel • Selected vendor will enter a service contract with AFM and provide valid business credentials including license and liability insurance proof Individuals please do not apply.
