Seeking documentary filmmaker for skid row/mental health/incarceration

Hello I am a resident of Skid row who is interested in making a documentary about the skid row area including it's beginning and evolution into what it is today. I know that there are dozens of documentaries regarding this however what I am proposing reaches far beyond just the visuals and stories of individuals that inhabit the area today as well as the many encampments around the USA. After living here for 2 years and surviving 40 years of addiction, incarceration and bouts of mental health challenges I am now finishing my Doctorate in Metaphysics and work for one of the best homeless service organizations in Southern California. I have a deep and unique position to share what it truly means to experience these issues and can offer inside information on how programs work, why they don't work as well as how we continue to perpetuate homelessness and other issues over and over. I have authored 2 books and can recruit others to share their experiences as well. I don't have the means to produce this myself so I am looking for someone who has the means and interest to partner with me. Please respond via email
