San Diego family in Point Loma is seeking a couple to live-in our recently remodeled on-premise apartment and do housekeeping of our home and property. We have a busy household with teenagers and a dog. The couple must be experienced, mature individuals who knows how to run a household, be of help to a family and anticipate needs. Our family needs people who are happy, confident, gracious and helpful. Tasks include inside and outdoor cleaning, laundry, dishes and keeping the overall property tidy, orderly and safe. Experience in domestic cleaning is required. Handyman experience is a plus. Candidates must have valid work visas or be US citizens, of calm demeanor with excellent communication skills, family-oriented and dog friendly. Key attributes: 1. Reliable, punctual, trustworthy 2. Able to follow directions and instructions Core duties: Housekeeping including deep cleaning for 6,000 sq ft house All laundry including linens Household organization including cleaning out closets, clothing storage, keeping pantry and other areas fresh and up to date Straightening and cleaning outdoor areas Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers/bathtubs, countertops, sinks, floors Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen area Making beds and changing linens Vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs Keeping inventory lists of items needed such as cleaning supplies Dishes Garbage/recycling Qualifications: 3+ plus years deep housekeeping Clear background and driving record 3 professional references We are actively interviewing, so if you're interested, please reply with some background about you, attach your resume if available, along with your email address and mobile number.
