Warehouse Associate We're growing again! Medical gas company seeking an Entry-level Warehouse Associate with potential for growth. Position is full time, Monday - Friday from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. Our company offers medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurances. Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time is also available on an accrual basis. We offer a fast paced, team-oriented environment, with steady employment. The right candidate for this position will be reliable, honest, hardworking and a self-starter. Salary: Starting at $17.00/hour BOE Job Description: - Processes medical and industrial gas cylinders using established plant guidelines and procedures - Performs visual, physical and odor tests on cylinders before filling and determines whether retesting and/or repairs are required - Checks for cylinder quantities, styles and product, and fill any necessary product - Loads and unloads product onto trucks for delivery - Operates and maintains cylinder scales and associated equipment - Prepares warehouse transfer orders and accompanying paperwork for shipment - Completes and maintains quality control documentation as per company and Governmental procedures - Will interact with shipping companies, purchasing, customer service and/or branch management - Safely operates forklift or other machinery to load, unload, sort, stage and transport product - Maintains a clean work environment by keeping area free of trash and product in correct locations Requirements: - Experience in the medical gas industry preferred, but not required. - At least one year warehouse experience preferred - Good customer service and communication skills - Must pass drug screen (Position will require random drug screens throughout employment). - Position does require some moderate to strenuous physical activity. - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
