Those two acts were Trumps complete in evolvement in helping develop the vaccine. In reality, the vaccine was created as a global effort with countless doctors and scientists. The vaccine research was funded by dozens of nations. Trump claiming that he developed the vaccine is like an NFL team owner claims that HE won the Super Bowl. Trump was one spoke in a huge wheel. Those are the simple facts. P.S. developing the vaccine was useless without a plan to distribute it. Biden's administration is 100% responsible for getting the vaccine to the people. Trump had no strategy in place.
