One Speed Services is a family owned, rapidly growing company, based in Wilsonville, Oregon. We provide solutions for a Clean, Healthy and Save Indoor Environment. These services include the following: Crawl Space & Attic Restoration Air Duct Cleaning Commercial Deep Cleaning We are seeking an entry level or experienced crawl space restoration technician. This individual will also be trained in our other services. What will a typical day look like? 1. The day before, you open our scheduling app and review where and when your job is, as well as who you are working with. You communicate with the person you are working with to determine the time you will meet at our office in the morning. 2. You get to the shop in the morning, clock in, review the estimate, load the van, and drive, in our vehicles, to the location provided in the app. 3. You meet the customer, listen to their needs, cover the floors and setup an air filter. 4. At this time, you will go in the crawl space and begin removing and bagging the existing vapor barrier and insulation. Once removed you install new insulation and vapor barrier. Experience with the following is beneficial, but not required Sump Pump Installation Vapor Barrier Installation Crawl Space Encapsulation Air Duct Replacement Attic Insulation Removal Mold Remediation Starting pay ranges from $20-$25/hour, depending on your experience level. Eligible for annual profit sharing after the first year of employment. Top technicians make $28/hour and have opportunities for overtime.
