Experienced commercial property maintenance technician with framing and carpentry skills, ability to read blueprints, and operating snowplows. Properties located throughout the Baltimore Metro area therefore reliable transportation and standard tools are a must. We offer employer provided DOT certification in order to operate snowplows and other equipment.
