Drywall and laminate flooring for room in basement

This is being reposted to give a more accurate idea of project. Please do your best to provide an estimate for labor only. All items will be removed prior to job. There are two connected rooms in the basement, with Room 1 need to be fully finished and Room 2 only partially finished: Room 1 Summary: -15’ by 11’ -drywall around all 4 walls (one side has framing in place). -floor is fairly flat but will need some leveler -laminate wood flooring 155 sqft -trim around all 4 walls -insulation in 2 walls -Installation 2 recessed ceiling lights -installation 2 wall outlets -extend entrance to room by 2 feet in height and add additional support to left and right of entrance. Room 2 Summary: -this is the room with the electrical panel and water heater -Looking for a L shaped hallway going to Room 1 -Drywall 8’ by 3’ and 5’ by 3’ connected spaces -leave opening for access to electrical panel and water heater -laminate flooring 40’ sqft -installation 2 recessed lights
