Funstuf Rentals will be hiring a seasonal supervisor for its upcoming Summer season. The position will begin in early Spring and be available thru the Summer and into the Fall, The position works closely with and assists the owner in the daily operation of his busy party rental store. This is a great opportunity for a college student looking for some management experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for its day to day operation focusing on overseeing the seasonal staff of up to ten employees and their scheduling, and interacting with the customer(s), either thru in-person, telephone or email. The principal duties, responsibilities and requirements include (but are not limited to) * Scheduling seasonal delivery employees * Ensuring proper delivery truck load-up and unloading * Ensuring seasonal staff is properly setting up and taking down inflatables * Become knowledgeable with rental computer program * Scheduling of delivery trucks (logistics) * Be able to communicate well with our customers, either thru telephone, email or in-person * Must be flexible with work hours, including weekends and some nights * Be detailed oriented and able to multi-task * Must have valid drivers license * Must be able to help move inflatables weighing up to 400 lbs Interested candidates can email their resume or detailed letter with work history or stop by Funstuf Rentals for an interview.
