Starter Solenoid or Starter Replacement needed 92 International 4700

I have a 92 International 4700 with DT360 Engine, the truck is sometimes making a clicking noise when trying to start and then it will crank after trying it several times. I replaced one of the batteries a few weeks ago. Im thinking it may either be the starter solenoid, the other battery may need replacing, starter relay or the starter itself needs replacing.
