Job Description We have an immediate opening for a grounds crew member to join our team at one of our Multi- housing properties downtown Minneapolis. The right candidate would be responsible, prompt and willing to work overtime during certain times of the year. This job requires you to be on your feet most of the day and includes a lot of bending over and lifting. Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a background check. Responsibilities include but not limited to: * Taking out the trash * Sweeping and pressure washing underground parking lots * Picking up debris on the grounds * Perform snow removal and salting on sidewalks as needed * Water garden, planters, and grass as needed * Mowing the grass and keeping the shrubbery trimmed. This position is Full-time offering competitive wages and benefits
