GATED / FENCED COMPLEX On-Site Apartment Maintenance Manager (Apartment Manager Experience Preferred, Not Required) Gated and fenced 40 unit apartment complex with a pool in the Redding area is looking for a non-smoking person to live on-site. Positively manage with the ability to problem solve. A team player and able to work in a positive manner with the main office in Redding. This position is for single or couple managers. Local main office will run credit/background checks and provide the lease agreement to tenants. Manager's resident apartment - Lower level 2 bedroom, 1.25 bath with gas stove deck/sliding glass door, 1 car garage and assigned parking space. We allow one small dog (no cats). This position provides housing, utilities, medical allowance and a salary based on experience. • Valid driver's license and insured, operable vehicle. • Ability to pass a full background check.
