Description

DUTIES: (1) Must complete daily production card accurately. (2) Inspect part to assure proper forming and quality specifications. (3) Produce standard requirements of parts, or amount equal to the daily production demand schedule, with less than 3% scrap. (4) Complete housekeeping and safety inspection log, and make sure machine is always in a safe and efficient operating condition. (5) Perform all other tasks assigned by supervisor. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (1) Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers and follow written and / or verbal instructions. (2) Ability to perform all task or duties defined in work instructions QUALIFICATIONS: (1) Ability to lift a maximum of 40 pounds. (2) Ability to use hand tools and operate small machines. (3) Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, reach above shoulders/below waist, for a minimum of 8 hours per day. (4) Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, etc.
