Arts Apartments at Jefferson Heights has an immediate need for a HVAC certified Maintenance Technician!!! Duties: • Prepare units to move-in ready condition • Performs various community maintenance functions • Responds to resident service requests and issues • Maintain activity log • Reports any maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager Requirements: • Assist with on-call responsibilities • Apartment maintenance/make ready experience is preferred • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills • HVAC certification Incentives: • $18/hr+ (depending upon experience) • Full benefits • 35% rent discount • $1500 sign-on bonus • 401k 50% match up to 6% • 15 vacation/PTO days in initial year • 8 company paid holidays • Paid parental leave Qualified candidates are asked to submit their resume to [email protected] or visit our careers center at for immediate consideration.
