Fairfax Insulation Systems is looking for top talent. Hard working, Motivated people. Job Summary: Assists in supervising, training, counseling and mentoring warehouse staff. Assists in coordinating warehouse distribution activities. Develops and implements distribution systems, policies and procedures to increase employee productivity and maintain inventory accuracy. Load and unload 12 trucks Count all inventory Maintain a clean warehouse. Job Requirements: This full-time position requires a minimum of 1 years of management experience in a distribution facility or retail establishment overseeing a staff. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation required. Must be willing to work overtime, nights and weekends as needed. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong leadership abilities and a solid work ethic. Bilingual language is a plus but not a requirement. Some computer skills and understanding of inventory control is essential. We are looking to hire ASAP..
