Hiring a handyman to finish punch list items on a full renovation in Detroit. All major items have been completed. Need someone that is good with finishing touches such as, trim, light fixtures, minor drywall finishing, touch up paint, clean and sealing tile grout. Looking for someone longterm. Have another full renovation to start as soon as possible. Willing to pay $15 cash, can pay daily or weekly. I have every tool needed to complete the job, can bring your own but it's not a requirement. Please only respond, if you are good at what you do and have experience in light plumbing and electrical, light drywall repair, painting, ceramic tile, cabinet install etc. Hope to hear from you SOON, want to build a good longterm working relationship.
