New 2 story 2000 sq ft garage with 2nd floor needs to be insulated, sheet rocked, taped. 2x6 construction, 12" roof rafters, 5/8 fireblock board on 1st and 1/2" on 2nd. Mid January before wiring/plumbing in place.
