Description

To the good people of Pennsylvania, Please be aware the Pennsylvania Department of Health has contracted with Public Consulting Group (P.C.G.) to handle in and outbound calls for coronavirus. The Pennsylvania Department of Health had a data breach due to using a third-party vendor in the not-too-distant past. The number they are calling from, or you are calling is 1-877- PAHEALTH or . Search the PA Department of Health and you will find the number above listed. Be aware the people who are calling or answering (when you call in) are not Health Department personnel, they are contracted employees from (P.C.G.) a third-party vendor. If you are calling in, the person who answers the phone will answer “thank you for calling the Pennsylvania Department of Health”. It is a misrepresentation, a façade if you will. The Pennsylvania Department of Health and The Public Consulting Group wants to keep this their dirty little secret. What’s more, most of the people taking and placing calls lack any professional medical credentials and have little to no experience in medicine. They are not health professionals; these people are “trained” to read a script who are instructed to “do not go off script”. This is a “customer service” job not a medical job as they would have you or want you to believe. It’s a mirage and if you do not ask directly, they will not tell you they are not healthcare professionals. See the illusion? The Pennsylvania State Department of Health received a large sum of money from the Federal Government, then hired a third-party vendor (P.G.C.) full of common, everyday people who read a script and use resources from the Center for Disease Control (C.D.C.P) and or The Pennsylvania Department of Health (P.A.D.O.H.) websites to feed you answers and information. That’s it, plain and simple. The information provided to you from the people who work at The Public Consulting Group is not ground-breaking information. Anyone may find the material on the Center for Disease Control website. The minimum qualification someone needs to be hired for the position are a high school diploma, 18 and above and a citizen of the United States. If you can read, you can have this job. In some cases, for some employees at P.C.G., preforming contact tracing and case investigation is their first job. This should outrage you. Ask yourself could you dial a phone number, read the script, and ask the questions contained within? Folks these are your tax dollars at work! When the need for contact tracing arose The Pennsylvania Department of Health contracted with InSight Global. InSight Global personnel allowed personal protected health information to be exposed on the web. You may recall hearing or reading about it on the news. Search “InSight Global data breach” for more information. The information contained within the leak were: names, addresses, personal health information, dates of birth, names of family members and names of children as well as many more details. Now the Pennsylvania Department of Health has contracted another third-party vendor (P.C.G.) to again complete the work they are supposed to be doing. Public Consulting Group or P.C.G. is currently under Federal Investigation. It’s time to stand up and demand better for your hard-earned tax dollars.
