Full Time maintenance supervisor needed for mid-size apartment community. Responsibilities include completing service request, unit turns and general property upkeep. Supervision of small staff, coordination with vendors and contractors, inventory, supply and budget control. We are looking for candidates that are self motivated and have excellent customer service skills. Strong candidates should have general maintenance skills including plumbing, electrical appliance repair, minor carpentry, drywall repair and painting. Some on-call work required.
