Immediate opening for an experienced, positive and upbeat individual with a growing and advancing inground swimming pool construction crew for a 2-3 month project in Gulf Shores (starting mid Jan 2022), with potential for a long term opportunity. Shotcrete Nozzleman: Looking for an experienced nozzelman and/or willing to train the right person. Concrete Finisher(s): Smoothing, cutting, shaping and finishing concrete pool floors, walls, benches, steps, spas, sunbays, waterfall and gutter surfaces. REQUIRED: Current driver's license, clean MVR, and usable/reliable vehicle required. You MUST must be able to drive to the job. Proficiency in all aspects of job site duties and crew workflow such as setting up the job site, pump mechanics, concrete finishing, shotcrete nozzling, cleaning up and loading equipment and tools. Cleaning, maintaining and repairing tools and equipment. Pay starts at $150/day, and from there depends on experience, skill, dependability, work ethic, attitude, availability, and willingness.
