The Equity Group, Inc. is hiring! We are looking for an experience maintenance person to handle 5 Residential Buildings on Milwaukee's Eastside! Ranging from 6 to 14 units, these 5 buildings need your help! We are looking for an employee that has previous experience and feels confident in handling the following: Painting Dyrwall and Plaster repair/replacement Tile work (a Bonus) Minor electrical Minor plumbing Radiator maintenance Caulking Appliance work Cleaning If you have a desire to work and feel pride in the work you complete, we want to hear from you. This job is full time and may offer some overtime.
