Please help us. I have a 9 month old basset hound pup. Hes in tact. My wife's dog just went into heat and no matter what we do he wont stop howling/barking. We live in a small apartment and we've already had a noise complaint. Hes got alot of energy and loves our 4 year old to death, but is untrained. I need him gone asap or I'll have to surrender him to a shelter Wednesday. He comes with his Kennel, Bowls and lots of toys.
