Rehoming young white mouse

Recently purchased from a pet store by a family member who thought a mouse would be a great pet for the kids. Of course the kids love it and if we return it to the pet store, it will end up as food. After explaining why we aren't keeping a mouse in the house, we made them a Christmas promise we would find him or her a good home instead (we think it's a male). It seems to be friendly and unless it's sleeping, the mouse will come over to us and never hides. The mouse will come with a small exercise spinner and a bag of mouse/rat food (a $20 value). Asking a rehoming fee of $20.
