Responsibilities:
·· Manage proper crew sizes, maintain the daily schedule to meet productivity goals.
· Know daily headcount requirements, schedule efficient routes, align talent with properties.
· Ensure service quality of the business meets company expectations.
· Plan property inspections and consistent onsite training.
· Daily management and monitoring of budgeted hours and proper scheduling.
· Hold team accountable for the proper maintenance of all equipment and trucks.
· Consistent monitoring and training to be sure crew understands expectations.
· Ensure that all safety requirements are being adhered to working practices.
· Meet all productivity and efficiency goals.
· Create a culture that everyone will participate in and set the example.
Job Requirements
· A minimum of two (2) years of Operations Management experience.
· Leadership skills. Experience in managing crews within industry
· Self-motivated individual who sets his/her own personal and professional goals.
· Team oriented incorporating leadership skills.
· High level of accountability for results to ensure success.
· Motor Vehicle Report in good standing
· Spanish is a plus but not required.
