Hardwood floor refinish needed

I am looking to redo hardwood floor floor in a lighter color. Need someone who has done this before. Needs to be sanded down and stained and top coat. There is one front room are and is aprox 216 square feet. I think if I lighten it up it will match my other new flooring better.
