Rehoming Hound Dog

I have a 2 year old Plot hound/Blood hound mix. He's a sweet dog, great with kids, knows basic commands, (sit, lay, paw/shake, and he stays close when outside with someone), and is a great hugger, (stands on hind legs to bury his face in your neck). He is also neutered. I've had him since he was about 3 months old and he's a great dog, but he's is a runner and I don't have a fenced in yard. He currently has the run of a 20x20 kennel, but I'm hoping to find a family that's a better fit for him. There will be a rehoming fee, to ensure his next home legitimately wants him.
