Hello friends We have a former school that is now a multi-family rental building So there are 2 needs from a roofer #1 - We have a small leak coming down a furnace vent. Most likely flashing at the roof penetration. Do you have a 30'-40' ladder? Can you come today? If yes, how much do you think that would cost? #2 - I've always wanted to build a proper roof access system - hatch type We are currently renovating an upstairs unit so we can use this unit or perhaps another upstairs area. Do you have experience doing this? Water proof details? Approximate cost?
