Join Krystal for a relaxing evening of restorative yoga supported with some sweet guided meditations to set your evening and your week. Restorative Yoga is a style of practice that works to induce the parasympathetic nervous system in the body--our rest & digest modes. It is very slow moving and gentle and invites the practitioner to release tension on many levels by “giving-in” to the pose and allowing gravity and the breath to ease one into a state of delightful relaxation. Postures are held for 5-10 minutes and while some poses will be more comfortable than others, they are all pretty cozy and enjoyable and will require little effort on your part to maintain or hold on to. Props such as blocks, blankets, and bolsters are recommended.
