Hiring a deckhand for our charter tournament business in Pensacola, Fl on our 31 Contender Must have/be: 17 years or older Clean record Boat experience (Maintence and cleaning) Towing trailer experience Willingness to learn Good customer service Dependability Offshore fishing experience Fluent on knots, leaders, gaffing and cleaning fish. Potential to move into captain position in the next 1-2 years after licensure. Potential for fishing in tournaments all over gulf coast. References required. Pay dependent on experience. ($10-$15hr) Will gain tips on charter trips. Hourly rate paid weekly. Down days will be cleaning, boat, tackle maintence and prep. Slow season March-April, Sept-Nov will be part time/PRN. Busy season May-August will be full time. Chartering will be done out of Pensacola Pass. Tournaments from South Fl to Pensacola to AL, MS, LA. Vessel is a 32’6 FT Contender completely updated with Yamaha 300s, Shockwave Suspension seating, Garmin Electronics.
