Author/designer seeks illustrator for children's book about planets.

I am a published author, though mostly not of books for kids. I have a recent idea for a children's book story however, for ages 8-12, based on our solar system. It's in an early developmental stage for now. I always have a few projects happening at once! If I had a collaborator to work on the illustrations, that would propel figuring how this planets book might turn out. Luckily these days one doesn't need to sign with a publisher (though that would be great if it happened), to make some progress. I have of course no economic forecast that this will result in earnings -- but it could! I am basically a word and (visual) idea person, lacking any training or software in digital art. There should be plenty of public domain art to plug in at this stage. As things develop, enhanced design choices will be explored!
