Snow Removal Help Plowing Crew and also Sidewalk Crew Members

We are looking for help when it snows. For roadways and parking lot crew we are looking for EXPERIENCED plow truck and plow equipment operators. And for sidewalk / walkway crews we are looking for both experienced or even INEXPERIENCED help shoveling and snow blowing. We are located in Neenah WI. Our typical service area extends within 10 miles of Neenah/Appleton area. Looking for HONEST and RELIABLE help for snow removal operations. We will require those plow operators have prior commercial plowing experience and a valid driver's license. You must be able to use your mirrors well for our truck driving positions. We run plow trucks with both straight blade and V-plows, Wheel loaders, Skid steer, back hoe. Snow Blower tractors. We also haul snow with our dump trucks when conditions require it. If you need hours to accommodate your schedule such as another job or school we can certainly make effort to work you in. This currently is a position that is part time when snow occurs and after storms when cleanup is occurring which can extend for days after a storm. The right candidate may be considered for employment beyond snow removal. We are open to considering hiring properly insured subcontractors on an hourly basis with their own equipment as well.
