Description
Walking Tour of Pasadena: Orange Avenue As my fellow tour guide, historian Eric Evavold, and I delight in bringing you new walking tours of the Pasadena area, we invite you to explore with us the historic neighborhood of Grand Avenue, right below the Colorado Street Bridge. We'll view and discuss stunning examples of historic architecture from Victorian to Arts and Crafts to Romantic Revivals, including the works of Charles and Henry Greene, Myron Hunt, and others. Our tour will include a visit to the Vista del Arroyo Hotel (now a U.S. Court of Appeals courthouse). The tour is limited to 20 participants. Specific directions on where to meet will be sent to you a couple of days before the tour. Please, no children or pets. The tour is $35 (plus Eventbrite fees of $2.40). If you would like to avoid the Eventbrite fees, email me at [email protected] to pay through Venmo. *Please note that all tours require 24 hours' cancellation notification for refund. You will be asked to sign a waiver of liability. We look forward to having you join us! Welcome to L.A. Architecture and Art Tours!
